• Time at which the concern arose,
• product and service to which your complaint relates,
• description of the concern, and how you as a customer are affected by it.

If you do not have all the information, please explain the situation as precisely as possible.

We will deal with your complaint promptly. If we are unable to resolve your complaint directly, we will confirm receipt. We will inform you of a contact person and the expected processing time.

Out-of-court dispute resolution: The company does not participate in out-of-court dispute resolution.
